About Me
Lilly West (she/her) is a stage manager from the suburbs of Chicago. In high school, Lilly fell in love with theatre's power for connection and found stage management as a place where her organizational, managerial, and people skills could flourish.
Currently, Lilly is a junior at University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music (CCM) pursuing a BFA in stage management. She falls more in love with the craft every day as she is surrounded by like-minded individuals and industry professionals who urge her to grow.
Lilly values theatre's unique quality of being a living and breathing art form. She aims to always culture a positive and supportive environment where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to take risks. Lilly fiercely believes in the political impact theatre can have, and hopes to create safe environments for difficult stories to be told.

This summer Lilly is an SM Intern at Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven New Jersey. She is an assistant stage manager for A Grand Night for Singing, Guys and Dolls, Young Frankenstein, Pretty Woman, and 1776.
